I’m a solo groomer and a huge animal lover. I have my own rescue dog, so I understand that trust is earned slowly and that every dog communicates differently.

I built Mr BoTangles Grooming around the experience I wanted for dogs: peaceful, personal and never rushed. There’s no busy handover between staff: I’m with your dog from the moment they arrive until they’re ready to go home.

Whether your dog loves being pampered or needs time to feel safe, I’ll listen, adapt and always put their welfare first.
